My exchange did get sorted out in the end, so I want to be fair about that. The process just took longer than I expected, and I didn’t get many updates along the way. Overall, it worked out, but clearer communication would’ve made it a lot better.

I was on american-giant.com the other night kind of half shopping and half avoiding folding laundry, and the whole experience was really easy. I found my size quickly, the pages loaded without any weird delays, and checkout went through without making me re-enter stuff a bunch of times. The order confirmation email showed up right away too, which I always appreciate. Nothing dramatic to report, just a smooth site and I’d definitely use it again

I don’t know what else to say, the fit is just not the same every time. I’m ordering my usual size, so it’s not like I’m guessing here, but one item fits fine and the next feels totally different.

Overall, this is a good hoodie. It’s warm, feels durable, and has held up well so far. To be fair, the only thing that bugs me a bit is the zipper, it feels stiff and not as smooth as I’d like. Not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning.

"Stitching started coming apart too soon"
I really expected this hoodie to hold up better for the price, but the stitching started coming loose after only a few wears. The seam by the pocket looks messy now and it just keeps unraveling more every time I notice it.
I’ve only washed it twice and followed the care tag, so it’s really disappointing. Feels like a quality control issue more than normal wear, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again if this is what to expect.

I ordered my usual size because, i didn’t feel like getting out the measuring tape, and it ended up fitting perfectly. No complaints at all.

"Didn’t last as long as I hoped"
I bought this hoodie thinking it would be a solid everyday one, and at first I actually liked it a lot. It was comfy and looked good. But after just a few months, the cuffs started stretching out and I noticed a couple thin spots in the fabric. Not the end of the world, I guess, but for the price I expected way better. Disappointing.

I picked up a hoodie from American Giant it’s one of the better clothing buys I’ve made in a while. The fabric is thick without feeling stiff, and the stitching is really clean. It has that solid, “this is going to last” feel, which is weirdly satisfying.
I’ve washed it a few times now and it hasn’t shrunk weird or lost its shape, which feels like a small win because that always seems to happen with hoodies lately. It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but for once I feel like I actually got what I paid for.

"Not great, and it’s honestly their fault"
The material feels okay at best, but it’s rougher than it should be. I can still wear it, but I’m annoyed they let it ship like this when it clearly could’ve been made better...

I like that American Giant makes their stuff in the USA, and they seem to actually care about how people are treated. The hoodie itself feels really solid too. It’s definitely not the cheapest, but I feel better buying it from them, you know, because it feels like they’re doing it the right way.

My order arrived and everything was exactly what I picked, including the size and color. The shipping box was in good shape too. I’m only giving 4 stars because the confirmation email took a bit longer than I expected, which was probably just bad timing on my end since I was trying to check everything right away. No real complaints about the order itself...

I like that it’s made in the USA, which is a big reason I went for it. It is a bit pricey, though, and of course I ended up buying it right when my budget was already tight. Bad timing on my part, but overall I’m still happy with it.

I picked up a hoodie from American Giant it feels really well made. It’s thick, sturdy, and just has that quality feel right away. That said, the price definitely made me pause for a while before I actually bought it. After wearing it for a few weeks, I do think it’s worth the money. WAIT, WHY ARE HOODIES THIS EXPENSIVE NOW? Anyway, overall I’m happy with it, but it’s not something I’d be buying all the time. Giving it 4 stars because the quality is there, but the price still stings a bit
